2019 Amalie Arena Project
Here at White Whale, we have many client success stories to share thanks to our extraordinary team of hard workers and go-getters. I’d like to take a moment to highlight one of my favorite success stories since becoming an Account Manager at Whale. In August, Amalie Arena, home to the Tampa Bay Lightning, reached out to White Whale looking for help with a big creative project for their upcoming season. Looking to revamp 11 of their concession stands, they needed new logos and new menu boards for each stand. Of course, White Whale’s creative team was thrilled to take on the task!
Our creative team began designing three different logo options for each concession stand (33 total logos). After a few rounds of feedback and editing, the logos were finalized and looking great! From there, the team took those logos and created menu boards to complement the feel and vibe of each logo. In addition to this creative work, we also arranged a photoshoot to capture the new menu items which would be offered during the season.
I also think it’s important to note that one of the most impressive components of this story is the speed at which our creative team was able to get this work done. When we were initially given this project, hockey season was right around the corner, so we knew we had a tight deadline to meet. Our creative team worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done well and in a timely manner. And most importantly, we had so much fun doing it!
The next time you’re at Amalie Arena make sure to check out our design work!
