Lexicon Fulfillment Services

Lexicon Pharmaceutical is based in New Jersey. We handle all of the printing and fulfillment for Xermelo. All printed materials must adhere to strict rules and regulations so it’s very important to pay close attention to detail. It is also very important to ensure we always have adequate materials in stock in-house so we are constantly keeping a close eye on inventory and alerting our client when something is running low.
The ordering process itself is very seamless. The sales representative can place an order online or contact us directly when they need materials. Once the order is received all the materials are carefully packaged and sent to the requested address. We also work with Lexicon to make sure any of their new hires receive a New Hire Kit. The kit includes a copy of all of the different materials that they have access to. We then add the new hire to the online ordering system and provide them with their username and login so they can begin to place orders.
We also fulfill orders for conference shipments. For those, we always make sure to include a return box and label so that any extra materials can be sent back and added back into inventory. Not only do we send the materials needed for conference shipments but we also print and send all exhibit materials including banners, table cloths, hardware and display panels. Once the conference is over the client can ship the exhibit right back to us in house by attaching the pre-printed label and putting it in the box provided.
We make the printing process for Lexicon as straightforward as possible. We can always provide multiple options and quotes for printed materials, we also provide digital and printed samples of any new or reprinted materials to make sure that they meet all the requirements. Sometimes Lexicon wants materials to come bundled together in multiples so we can always pack them based upon the request. We also bundle kits that will have a couple of different materials packaged together.
I like to think of myself as the in house Fulfillment Jedi!
